His core philosophy lies around the art of maximizing space efficiency without compromising aesthetics and by creating spaces that perfectly blends beauty with strong functionality.

Nikhila Mohan

In her role as Director, interprets kindness as a universal medium that bridges the gap with any individual. Her leadership philosophy centers on the idea that it's not about asserting authority but about ensuring the well-being of those under your responsibility.

With a background in Civil Engineering and a wealth of knowledge in Project Management acquired through NICMAR, she has a history of successfully executing and coordinating projects across the corporate and hospitality sectors.

She firmly believes in the concept that the quality of work speaks for itself by ultimately leading to the recognition of the organization. Her unique business strategy revolves around ensuring the contentment of customers.

Her approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail. She believes that an intelligently designed office space prioritizes employee comfort and seamless business operations is the hallmark of a truly efficient workplace.

Vidhya Ravindran

I joined corporate real estate industry in 2007 and have been a part of it since then. My first job was with a real estate consultancy firm and it was there that I realised that I have a passion for the same. I realised during the tenure that finding workplace solutions for end-users gave me a sense of accomplishment.

Finding real estate solutions to large corporates was my goal and gave me immense satisfaction. My inspiration came from some of the established firms who were instrumental in helping large corporates setting up their operations in India.

Has been successful entrepreneur in infrastructure projects.
